Breeding has been a lifelong dream. I thought it would be something I pursued later in life, but my timeline was accelerated when I purchased a stallion as my riding horse named Finest Selection OLD.
Finest Selection became a bit of an ambassador, introducing me to top riders, breeders and others in the business. I loved the idea of breeding with a stallion that I knew so well both on the ground and under saddle.
In 2023, the FN published their rankings, and Finest Selection’s first three small foal crops put him in the top 1% of young horse sires. He was in the top five along with Bonds, Secret and other prominent sires.
I decided it was time to build out a breeding program and embarked upon a journey to acquire top mares to complement him and other top stallions.
